Briefy 2.1 introduces a significant change in the name of the feature, now known as the Overview view, which is regarded as a modern replacement for the List view. 🔍 The biggest difference we made is incorporating section titles in the summary, contributing to a more structured and comprehensible layout. 🎆
The Overview view is particularly beneficial for lengthy articles, providing you with an intuitive and organized reading experience like never before. Try it with a long article to see its incredible potential! 🔥
✒️ New feature: summarize and save PDF files to Knowledge Base
You can now summarize PDF documents and have them automatically saved into your own knowledge base. The Briefy cost for summarizing a PDF is calculated based on the number of pages of the file. ⚡️
Everything will be stored and arranged in a clear vision, allowing you to easily access all your parsed documents at once. 🤩
🔗 New feature: reference to source content in Knowledge Base
Expanding our capabilities with the Briefy Knowledge Base, the summary of the PDF file now supports source content referencing. With just a click on the reference numbers at the end of each line, you can jump directly to the corresponding regions and locate the original material being summarized. 👆 It's quick, clear, and makes it easy to track and navigate back to specific content in just one click. 🙌
💭 New feature: support historical context in Ask
New update to the Ask feature in Briefy 2.0 - the incorporation of previous conversation data into the LLM.Before, historical Q&As were only stored in the knowledge base but were not utilized in the LLM for context and resource enrichment. With this latest enhancement, all past interactions will be used as context to generate future responses, so that the answers provided will be more integrated and consistent. ♻️
